- DIVE invests in a concentrated portfolio of 25 to 35 dividend-paying, large-cap US companies with structural competitive advantages trading below fair value. Stock selection combines qualitative analysis with sector-relative quantitative scoring across valuation, growth, and profitability metrics. The portfolio is then weighted based on the sub-adviser's top ideas, with risk managed through diversification across sectors and factors such as value, growth, momentum, quality, and volatility. The strategy uses a behavioral finance-driven approach, exploiting market inefficiencies caused by investor biases to identify undervalued companies with strong fundamentals, sustainable competitive advantages, and dividend yield growth potential.
