Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Arizona, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
