Description
The fund seeks to provide investors with returns that generally match the price return, excluding dividends, of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (SPY), up to a stated upside cap, while buffering against 100% of SPY's losses over each annual outcome period, before fees and expenses. The strategy uses FLEX Options rather than direct equity holdings, and the cap resets at the start of each new outcome period based on prevailing market conditions.
