The fund primarily seeks to achieve its objective through box spread strategies using combinations of long and short exchange-listed options, including standard options and FLEX Options. Box spreads are structured to produce a predetermined value at expiration while seeking to capture returns comparable to short-term U.S. Treasury bills.
